Hello and welcome! Thank you for joining me here for the very first post in this blog focused on real estate investing. In this one, I get right to it, digging into what I'm working to accomplish for my family.
At the time I'm posting this, I'm forty two years old and I've never once left the country. My Wife Kim has been here all her life too and we're looking to eventually move out of the United States.
I know this won't be an inexpensive or easy process so I'm digging in, asking all the questions I can think of, and applying what I learn to our strategies moving forward.

I'm eager to make this happen as soon as possible so in the meantime, I'm learning about the countless options we have. We absolutely must consider our family medical situations as Kim is a type one diabetic and Orion has cystic fibrosis. We also have loved ones here who will likely stay here for the rest of their lives so we'll be travelling back here often.
I'm wondering. What experience or advice do you have that I could apply moving forward? I've got a lot of places in mind but I don't yet know enough about any of them. I'm currently collecting videos on youtube, detailing a lot about the places in mind and beginning to cut expenses, sell stuff we won't need or don't want anymore, etc.
